Jasmine & Alex | Homewood Wedding in Asheville, NC

Welcome Dinner

Jasmine & Alex's wedding weekend kicked off at the Blind Tiger Hotel in Asheville, NC, where family flew in from all over to spend the evening together before the big day. A pizza truck was parked out back, a cornhole board was set up in the gravel lot, and everyone gathered around a long, plaid-linen table strung with wildflowers as the light faded. The evening was relaxed, easy going and filled with so much love.

Wedding Day

The wedding day started out quiet and slow at The Blind Tiger Hotel in Asheville NC with mimosa's and laughter. They got ready before Jasmine had a first look with all the most important people in her life; her bridesmaids, her brothers, her father, and finally her husband to be making for some of the sweetest moments to photograph. Jasmine, Alex, and their family then made their way to The Homewood to celebrate the rest of their wedding day in a venue perfect for them. Homewood was one of my favorite venues to shoot at, a perfect mix of warm, wood paneled interiors with fireplaces and an old stone, castle like exterior making for the perfect backdrop for their ceremony and reception. The ceremony was short and sweet, leaving many teary eyed and just a few hours later those same people were tearing up the dance floor to the best mixes by A Brides DJ. The night ended with the sweetest private last dance between Jasmine and Alex and a beautiful send off from all their loved ones.
